A confession at your local church may work wonders for your morale and give you the feeling of being cleansed. If you are worried about confidentiality, spiritual leaders are protected by law to keep all things told in confidence.

Communicate now to prevent problems forming later on

When there is an incident or issue that makes you angry, in private, tell that person how you feel and politely ask them to stop doing whatever they are doing that is bothering you. This will prevent you from holding anger for long periods of time, then exploding on random undeserving individuals.

Communication is not just talking

You can express your feelings through many artistic mediums. Painting is a very good way to express your feelings. Through painting you can abstractly exhibit your problems; no one has to know what you mean but your art may symbolize pain, happiness, and grief all while being beautiful. You can write your feelings in the form of prose, poetry and sonnets. Writing can be abstract as well and like painting, can be beautiful.
